Terms of service
Last updated 27 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Vayu) and Vayu, the operator of this Vayu service. By creating a workspace you accept them.
The service
Vayu uses AI agents to plan, write and render social media content, publishes it to the accounts you connect, sends WhatsApp broadcasts you start, and reports results. AI output can be wrong: you are responsible for reviewing content before it is published. Unless you turn on autopilot (on plans that include it), nothing is published without your approval.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in and API keys secret. Actions taken with them count as yours.
- Invite only people you trust; owners control billing, autopilot and deletion.
- You must be at least 18 and allowed to act for the business.
Acceptable use
- Publish only content you have the right to publish, and follow each platform's rules (Meta, YouTube, WhatsApp).
- Message only WhatsApp contacts who opted in, and honour opt-outs.
- Create an owner clone only of yourself, with the consent recording in the app. Never impersonate another person, a public figure or a brand.
- No unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexual or violent content, no spam, and no attempts to break or overload the service.
We may pause publishing or suspend a workspace that breaks these rules.
Content and AI disclosure
You own the content created for you, subject to the rights of the AI and stock-media providers used to make it. Avatar and generated videos carry an AI-generated label where platforms support it; do not remove it.
Plans, credits and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees; GST (18%) is added and shown separately. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Credits are used when content is generated (for example 1 for a basic video, 40 for a premium one) and for WhatsApp messages. Monthly and purchased credits stay in the workspace until used. Credits are not refundable for cash, except where the law requires; credits for work that fails on our side are returned automatically.
Third-party platforms
Publishing depends on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube and WhatsApp. They can change their rules, limit accounts or ask you to log in again; we will alert you, but we are not responsible for their decisions or outages.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Vayu available but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or reach.
Ending the service
You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings → Your data. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or at once for serious breaches. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes.
